1:-The registration charge is not refundable. Registration charge is refundable only in the case of

  Enable to deliver the services of registration with in standard TAT.




2:- with in  standard time  of placing the order if you did not receive your service’s from us on your

registered email then you are entitled to receive your full refund, if you are cancelling the Service

From us.


3:- Once we delivered  the services to your email after that if the customer wants to cancel the service

then he will receive only 30% of the amount he paid or the final decision will be made my management.




4:- After 20 day of the order placed or 5 days after receiving the hard copy of your Website or Services ,

No cancellation will be accepted.



5:- At all the stages customer must prove us a valid reason for cancellation or refund,

it should not be like Personal Reasons etc.



6:- All the final decision of the refund and acceptance of cancellation will be made by

Team on case to case basis.



7:- All the refund will be made by after the deduction the TDR  except we could not

Deliver the service on standard time.



8:-. Customer do not have a authority to ask the proof of TDR (Payment gateway charges)  it will be

Accepted on the standard rate basis by the management final decision.



9:- If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same

Source within 20 to 35 working days.



10:- If customer wants the cancellation of services, 18% tax will be deducted on the paid amount.



11:- If the service delivered by in that case the service charge will not refund of  that

Particular service.
